Arnaiz participates in the design of Boadilla Hills, the most important community residential project in the Region of Madrid

Madrid, March 31st, 2022. Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, has participated together with the English studio BGY in the design of Boadilla Hills, a new development of more than 1,500 apartments located in Valdecabañas, Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), which is considered to be the most important community residence project in the Region of Madrid.

The project is being promoted by BWRE, a real estate investment fund manager focusing on the metropolitan area of Madrid. Recently, the Boadilla del Monte City Council has granted BWRE a license to begin construction.

Aimed at young people, families and senior citizens, Boadilla Hills is a project with 60,000 square meters of green areas and a buildable area of more than 90,000 square meters. It is conceived under the highest sustainability certifications, respecting the environment and providing a natural, safe community environment with the highest quality standards.

This project, with an investment of over €250 million, will be the largest development of its kind in Madrid, with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and a wide range of services such as: swimming pools, library and reading rooms, gym, spa, relaxation, physiotherapy and massage areas, play areas, horticultural areas for growing fresh produce, as well as a commercial area for the use of all the residents of Boadilla, including office space and high quality restaurants.

In addition, Boadilla Hills will have 24-hour security and a total of 1,800 parking spaces below ground level, guaranteeing accessibility to the different uses and the quality of the green spaces. Meanwhile, this will help to ensure that the areas adjacent to the project will not be disturbed in any way.

The initiative also includes an intervention on the surrounding streets, which will improve the public roads in the area and the planting of numerous trees, creating a forest as a barrier between the development and the M-50.

Luis Arnaiz, CEO of Arnaiz, points out that “we are very excited about this project, because it represents the culmination of the urban development of Valdecabañas and it lays the foundations for creating a new concept of living space, where family, work, friends, sports and leisure can coexist”. “When planning this project, one of the main factors we took into account was the respect for the area where Boadilla Hills was to be located. To this end, we focused on respecting and reforesting the surroundings of the area to maintain a native forest environment within an urban land”.
