Eva Álvarez is an economist with more than 30 years of professional experience. Throughout her career, she has led the management of teams in the economic/finance areas of real estate and urban development consulting firms in Spain and abroad, supervising the preparation of yearly financial statements, budget planning, deviation analysis and balance sheet consolidation.

As an economist, she also has experience in advising on and analysing finance operations, financial resource management and tax advising for real estate companies, compensation boards and other urban development entities.

Eva holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Complutense University in Madrid. She has also furthered her education with various post-graduate diplomas as an expert in Accounting and Auditing as well as Real Estate Operation Taxation.
