This action involves the second expansion of the Los Olivos Industrial Park by expropriation system, through the development of a new area of more than 800,000 square meters, where 10,000 jobs could be created, according to estimations from the Getafe City Council.<\/p>\n<p>This public bid, tendered by the City Council of Getafe itself through its local development agency Getafe Iniciativas (GISA), is aimed at expanding the supply of industrial and logistic land in the city, giving continuity to the areas of Los Olivos and Los Olivos Expansion. The area where the action is planned is bounded to the north by the municipality of Madrid, the Cogorrilla road to the south, the axis of the M-301 by-pass to the east and the streets communication and Improving the Industrial Park Los Olivos &#8211; Expansion to the west. Therefore, this extension will also mean a new connection and access to the neighborhood of Perales del R\u00edo.<\/p>\n<p>In the words of Gustavo Romo Garc\u00eda, Director of Urban Planning of the firm Arnaiz: <em>&#8220;It is great news to be able to contribute our knowledge and experience to this project of Los Olivos III.
