Luis Arnaiz Rebollo is an architect and urban planner with more than 18 years of professional experience, both in Spain and internationally. Throughout his career, he has led and managed architecture and urban planning, construction and development projects, specialising in the management and direction of multidisciplinary work teams, as well as in decision-making on projects and the management of real estate portfolios. His involvement in boards of directors as a company administrator has enabled him to acquire a strategic and analytical vision of the company.
As an architect, he has drafted numerous urban plans and architectural projects, with special emphasis on land management, with a global approach to efficient real estate development. As a developer, he manages and adds value to real estate portfolios totalling more than 3,000 million euros in different phases of investment, both in property stock and in residential, industrial, logistics, tertiary, hotel and alternative assets.
Luis studied architecture in Madrid and completed his academic training in the United States, working in the offices of the prestigious architect Kevin Roche, winner of the Pritzker Prize.
