ARNAIZ is a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development with 50 years of experience, offering a comprehensive and unique proposal in the market, through an activity that covers all phases of land transformation and management, including architecture and real estate development.

ARNAIZ integrates a consolidated experience in the market since 1974, with international experience in more than 35 countries. It has multidisciplinary teams of professionals with extensive knowledge of all market segments upon which a holistic vision of the market is based.

ARNAIZ adopts the form of an Economic Interest Group to provide coverage and visibility in a structured way to the business lines of its members. Each founding company contributes its team and experience with a joint objective: to offer the market a solution whose added value lies in the global and comprehensive vision of urban planning and real estate business.
