Carlos San Gregorio Larriba

Carlos San Gregorio, an architect with more than 33 years of professional experience in ARNAIZ, has directed and developed multiple urban plans of national and international scope. Throughout his career, he has had various responsibilities in the creation, training and development of multidisciplinary teams in the field of consultancy, real estate management and land generation for urban development and transformation. 

Involved in entrepreneurship and social construction, he has been a student delegate at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a lecturer and collaborator in higher education centres, and an active participant in the creation of platforms for the transfer of knowledge and business value. 

His approach to professional activity is based on a commitment to the development and transformation of the city in a sustainable way, reconciling the demands of citizens with the needs of the agents and investors involved in the process.  

Carlos holds a degree in Architecture, specialising in Urban Planning, from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and a postgraduate degree in Urban Planning Law from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
