David Rubio Ortiz

David Rubio is an architect, specialised in building projects, with more than 25 years of professional experience in this field. Throughout his professional career, both in the design and execution phases, he has led a large number of projects, ranging from residential, office, Private Renter Sector, Built to Rent, tertiary and retail in different areas and locations. 

In addition to building projects, he is a specialist in the urban planning study of land for its complete development. Since 2015, he has been the Director of Architecture at ARNAIZ, sharing his activity as an architect with his role as team manager and general coordination of an area that encompasses 30 people. 

David holds a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
