Eva Álvarez Codes

Eva Álvarez is an economist with more than 30 years of professional experience. During her career, she has led the management of teams in the economic-financial area of companies in the real estate and urban planning consultancy sector, both nationally and internationally, supervising the preparation of annual accounting reports, budget planning, variance analysis and balance statement consolidation. 

As an economist, she also has experience in advising and analysing financial operations, managing financial resources and providing tax advice to real estate companies, compensation boards and other urban development entities. 

Eva holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. She has also complemented her educational background with several postgraduate degrees as an expert in Accounting and Auditing, and in Real Estate Tax Transactions.
