Jorge Calle Tesoro is a civil engineer who specialises in town planning with more than 20 years of professional experience in real estate and urban engineering. Throughout his career, he has worked on urban development projects covering everything from strategic and territorial planning phases to execution and operation phases.

As an engineer, he has worked in the field of urban development consulting and land management as well as handling tasks related to the commercialisation of assets for financial institutions. 

Jorge studied civil engineering at the Technical University of Madrid, specialising in Town Planning and Territorial Organisation.
