Juan Arnaiz Eguren is an attorney with more than 32 years of professional experience in legal affairs and real estate. Throughout his career, he has led the management of large operations and real estate promotion projects while directing teams specialising in the areas of legal and financial affairs and sector economics. He currently works as a legal consultant managing legal teams controlling the legal affairs related to large operations and strategic alliances with other public and private corporations.

As an attorney, he has been responsible for planning and developing different financing strategies in the real estate and construction sectors in addition to performing legal management and advisory tasks at various companies in this field. 

Juan studied law at the Autonomous University of Madrid, furthering his education with a specialisation in insolvency law. His extensive experience has allowed him to complement his broad technical knowledge with teaching for a post-graduate programme at Francisco de Vitoria University.
