Juan Arnaiz Eguren

Juan Arnaiz is a lawyer with 40 years of professional experience in the areas of law and real estate. Throughout his career, he has led the implementation of large operations and real estate development projects, managing teams specialising in the legal-financial and economic areas of the sector. He presently holds the position of consultant and head of legal teams for the management of large operations and strategic alliances with other public and private corporations. 

As a lawyer, he has been responsible for the planning and development of various corporate financing strategies in the real estate and construction sector, as well as management and legal advice for several companies in this business area.  

Juan studied law at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and completed his training by specialising in corporate bankruptcy law. His extensive experience has allowed him to compliment his broad theoretical knowledge by teaching a postgraduate course at the University Francisco de Vitoria.
