Managing Partner
Roberto Marqués has more than 20 years of experience in the management of companies in the real estate sector, for residential, industrial and logistics. In 2005 he was appointed General Manager at Zaterial and in 2012 he founded the company Indusland & Logistic Area. He is currently partner and general manager of ARNAIZ GRUPO 3, S.L., and also participates as a partner in different companies dedicated to residential, industrial, logistics and data centre development.
Over the course of his career, Roberto has managed more than 40 real estate projects, completing deals worth more than 3 billion euros.
Roberto holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad San Pablo-CEU in Madrid.
