Director of Architecture and Sustainability
Roberto Rapino is a technical architect with more than 29 years of experience, both in public and private construction management, and with a significant degree of specialisation in environmental architecture and sustainable construction solutions. Throughout his career he has also worked in project management, health and safety, industrialised construction and quality assurance, and has excelled in his ability to coordinate large-scale projects and the implementation of work methodologies where different agents are involved.
As an educator, Roberto gives specialised training courses in the construction sector to universities, professional associations, construction companies and developers.
Roberto is a Technical Architect in Construction from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Superior Technical Specialist in Health and Safety in the Construction Industry. He completed his training with a master’s degree in building retrofitting from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a postgraduate degree in Energy and Environmental Certifications and a master’s degree in Building Science and Engineering from the UNED. In addition, he holds the qualifications of Certified Tradesperson of the Passiv house Institute, BREEAM Associate and USGBC’s LEED Accredited Professional.
