Director of Urban Planning and Legal Advice
Silvia Rodríguez is an urban planning lawyer with more than 20 years of professional experience. Since her beginnings in public administration as a municipal legal advisor, she has specialised in administrative and real estate law. She advises all kinds of institutions, both public and private, on aspects related mainly to town planning and public procurement, providing legal advice on a wide range of matters.
She currently acts as manager and company assistant for various urban planning entities in strategic developments of the highest national order, both in residential and economic activities. She has drafted various reparcelling and expropriation projects, has negotiated a considerable number of urban development agreements and manages due diligence and legal defence processes.
She is also a lecturer and collaborator in the drafting of urban planning manuals, as well as in various international projects and tenders aimed at the creation of cities.
Silvia studied a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the San Pablo CEU University, and was ranked cum laude number one in her 10th graduating class.
