Arnaiz participates as technical and urban planning advisor for the new Hospiten hospital in Madrid
June 7th, 2024. Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, is participating as technical and urban planning advisor in the construction project of the new general university hospital of the Hospiten Group in Madrid developed by BWRE. The new hospital, located in Boadilla del Monte, will involve a total investment of 200 million euros and the creation of more than 350 direct and indirect jobs during the execution of the works, which are scheduled to start in spring 2024.
