Arnaiz promotes a new logistics space for the company Boyacá in its Madrid facility

Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, has recently begun the development of 7,670 m² of logistics space in the municipality of Loeches (Madrid), with the aim of building a new cross-docking warehouse for the company Boyacá, a leader in the transport and distribution of goods sector, with a solid presence nationwide through its more than 50 branches and warehouses, and in the process of expansion and transformation. This project is being carried out at the company’s headquarters.
Arnaiz draws up the urban plans for the installation of 12 photovoltaic plants in Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha
23 July 2024. Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, is working through Arnaiz Arquitectos, in the preparation and processing of five Special Infrastructure Plans (Planes Especiales de Infraestructuras – PEIs) in the Community of Madrid for the development of more than 1,000 hectares of photovoltaic plants distributed in seven parks, and five urban planning qualifications in Castilla-La Mancha for the development of another 2,500 hectares in five parks. The installation of these 12 plants in total will mean a combined electricity generation from renewable sources of 1,750 MW, as well as an overall investment of 1.5 billion euros.
