COAM recognizes 50 years of professional activity of Arnaiz’s founder and president

December 3, 2025. The Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM) has awarded the Gold Insignia to Leopoldo Arnaiz, our founder and president, in recognition of his 50 years of membership. This distinction crowns the celebration of Arnaiz’s 50th anniversary, marking five decades of activity and projects across different countries, always with a clear commitment to teamwork, innovation, sustainability, and the transformation of cities.

Since its founding in 1975, Arnaiz has both witnessed and played a leading role in the evolution and development of urban planning, architecture, and the real estate environment in cities in Spain and in several other countries where the firm, through Leopoldo Arnaiz and his team, has carried out its work.

This recognition by COAM highlights the career of Arnaiz’s founder and president, as well as the team that has accompanied him throughout these decades. It also reinforces the firm’s commitment to developing projects that combine a global vision, innovation, and urban responsibility.

The presentation of the COAM Gold Insignia took place as part of the International Architecture Week, held in Madrid, where professionals from Arnaiz and the broader sector gathered. The event also honored those professionals who have reached 60 years of membership with the Platinum Insignia.
