Madrid, October 5th, 2021 – The Valgrande Compensation Board, the new urban development that completes Alcobendas to its border with Madrid, has entrusted the technical team of Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, with the technical management of this undertaking.
Arnaiz will be in charge of the management of Valgrande Compensation Board, as well as the drafting the reparcelling project and the urbanization projects. Thus, the firm will continue to be linked to the project, whose technical and legal team had already developed the Partial Plan.
Valgrande is a new balanced and sustainable urban development to be executed in the S-1 area, located in Alcobendas. This action will create a new residential environment, which is integrated with the current city, in harmony and respect for the natural setting of the area. Among other features, it will increase the supply of affordable housing in the municipality – 8,600 homes will be created, 55% of them subsidized -, improve citizen services and expand the natural environment, with new green areas such as the central park of the Valdelacasa stream.
