Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, has designed, through Arnaiz Arquitectos, a development of 405 new homes in Navalcarnero (Madrid). The project, currently in the construction phase, has now begun its third and final phase, known as Diverso Navalcarnero III, which involves the construction of the last 128 homes, specifically in the El Pinar area. They are scheduled to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2026.
This phase is added to Diverso Navalcarnero I and Diverso Navalcarnero II which have already been completed, where Arnaiz has contributed to the design of homes of different typologies, adapted to different lifestyles. Thus, the development features everything from ground floor flats with private gardens to penthouses with large terraces. These homes are designed to maximise natural light, take advantage of cross-ventilation, and guarantee a landscape integration that improves comfort and sustainability. The homes designed by Arnaiz are notable for their commitment to both careful design and the incorporation of the highest standards in terms of efficiency and energy performance.
To coincide with the start of the third phase of the project, Navalcarnero hosted an event to lay the first stone of this last phase of the development, which was attended by the Mayor of Navalcarnero, José Luis Adell; the Councillor for Urbanism and Planning, Leticia Correas, the Central Delegate of Gesbró, Carlos Martín Echevarría; the President, CEO and Director of the Studies Department of the construction company Etosa, Alfonso Segura Serrano, Javier Romero Huertas, and Antonio Cano Expósito; and the CEO and director of architecture and design of Arnaiz, Luis Arnaiz Rebollo and David Rubio Ortiz respectively.
This project will allow Navalcarnero to expand its offer for new housing and take a step forward in the urban development of this area of the municipality, an area that combines nature and connectivity. The development has been promoted by the housing management company Gesbró and the construction company Etosa.
