Arnaiz participates as a trustee of Conexus in an event about the potential of the Madrid-Valencia axis

October 21st, 2024 – Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, has participated as a trustee of the Conexus Foundation in the meeting ‘Madrid-Valencia Connection, the new axis of transport in Spain’, organised by the press media Economía Digital. This event, held at EAE Madrid Business School, has brought together public representatives of both regional governments and executives with presence in the housing, infrastructure, and transport sectors, who have addressed the challenges and long-term benefits of this strategic connection.

The event was attended by Vicente Martínez Mus, Regional Councillor for the Environment, Infrastructures and Territory of the Generalitat Valenciana; Jorge Rodrigo Domínguez, Regional Councillor for Housing, Transport and Infrastructures of the Region of Madrid; Mar Chao, President of the Port Authority of Valencia; Luis Arnaiz, CEO of Arnaiz and Vice-President of the CM-CV Axis Commission Conexus Foundation; Alfredo Soler, President of Propeller Valencia; and José Bleda, member of the Board of Directors of Propeller Madrid.

During his speech, Luis Arnaiz shared his strategic vision on the relevance of this new connection to strengthen the transport system in Spain, both nationally and internationally. He also highlighted the great potential of this new axis to reshape the urban cores of both cities, favouring a balanced and sustainable growth.
