Arnaiz participates for the fourth consecutive year in the Open House Madrid international architecture fair

Madrid, September 26, 2025. Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, is once again opening the doors of its headquarters in Méndez Álvaro as part of the 11th edition of Open House Madrid, consolidating its presence at the international architecture fair for the fourth consecutive year. On September 27 and 28, visitors will be able to tour the Arnaiz building as part of a program that, from September 25 to 28, will provide access to more than a hundred buildings and architecture studios in the capital that are not usually open to the public.

The Arnaiz building, inaugurated in 2010, was one of the first to promote the urban transformation of the Méndez Álvaro axis, anticipating the dynamism and growth that distinguish it today. Fifteen years later, it remains a benchmark of contemporary architecture due to its ability to combine innovation, functionality, and sustainability in flexible spaces adapted to current needs.

Its design seeks to blur the boundaries between urban planning and architecture: it opens onto the street, revealing its interior to the public, while integrating the street into the building itself thanks to its architectural configuration. This approach is based on a clear order that brings harmony to the interior spaces and, at the same time, allows them to evolve without altering the original configuration. It is characterized by a cantilevered roof, visible from the north, and an Arnaiz corporate emblem, which protrudes from the south.

With this new participation in Open House Madrid, Arnaiz reaffirms its desire to open up architectural knowledge to the public and strengthen the link between innovation and community. In this way, it continues to consolidate its role as a benchmark for responsible urban development with a global vision.
