26 March 2025. Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, has been selected by the developer Jesthisa to carry out, through Arnaiz Arquitectos, the design, corresponding projects, site management and health and safety coordination of 16 exclusive single-family homes in the city of Guadalajara.
This new development, known as KOA Homes, is located in a privileged area of the city, between Avenida de Aragón and Boulevard del Alto Tajo. The homes will have four bedrooms distributed over two floors and a built area of 166 m², as well as a private garage of 33 m² and a private garden of 80 m². For greater exclusivity, the project will include private access to the development, providing peace and privacy to its future residents.
With construction scheduled to start in May 2025 and an estimated duration of 20 months, the homes have been designed with an A Energy Rating, the result of a careful selection of materials and finishes. In addition, they will be equipped with an aerothermal system that guarantees comfort at any time of the year. These features underline Arnaiz and Jesthisa’s commitment to sustainability and quality of life, in line with growing customer demand.
