June 27th 2024. Arnaiz, a leading firm in urban planning and global real estate development, has launched Arnaiz Grupo 3, a new real estate investment company and property asset developer, which starts its activity with a portfolio of projects under management and development – both its own and from different types of investors-, in the residential, logistics, data centres and flexliving segments, worth €670 million.
Its creation is the result of the merger of two companies linked to the firm Arnaiz, which until now operated independently in the logistics and residential segments, in the areas of real estate investment management and property asset development: Indusland & Logistic Area and Gloser Real Estate. Arnaiz thus consolidates its activity in this area, and at the same time opens a new stage, aimed at promoting and positioning this specific line of business in a more unified manner.
Currently, Arnaiz Grupo 3 focuses its activity on medium and long-term residential, industrial and logistics, hotel and tertiary, and data centres; but its priorities over time may vary depending on the evolution of the market and the needs of its customers.
Its mission is to guide its client-investor through all phases of real estate development, understanding their needs and providing them with great agility and responsiveness at all times, as it has the necessary in-house expertise in urban planning and global real estate development.
The investor profile Arnaiz Grupo 3 works with is: individuals or legal entities, especially from Spain; Spanish family offices; foreign investment funds and family offices; international real estate managers, without representation in Spain, who need advice and a local partner; and institutional investment funds.
Upon its incorporation, Arnaiz Grupo 3 has launched an ambitious 2024-2026 strategic plan, which has the following main objectives:
- Increase the visibility of the Asset Management Company in the market by publicising the experience accumulated by its team over the last 20 years.
- To position Arnaiz Grupo 3 before developers and investment funds wishing to enter into earlier phases of land property management.
- Consolidate its activity in the Madrid and Valencia regions, where it is already developing significant projects and investments, with residential, retail commercial, office and industrial-logistics projects.
- Continue to digitise the real estate market in Spain, parameterising real estate land opportunities and their main challenges and risks in order to draw up the right roadmap for each investment.
Arnaiz Grupo 3’s roadmap aims to achieve a portfolio of projects under management and development worth 2.5 billion euros by 2025, thanks to the progress and development of some of our current projects, especially those related to data centres, and the introduction and generation of new opportunities and projects, especially in the residential, flexliving and logistics sectors.
