July 12th 2024. Luis Arnaiz, CEO of Arnaiz, participated as a representative of the Eje-Conexus Commission in the conduction of a dialogue on logistics, mobility and energy between the Regional Minister of Housing, Transport and Infrastructures of the Community of Madrid, Jorge Rodrigo Domínguez, and the new Regional Councillor for the Environment and Infrastructures of the Valencian Community, Vicente Martínez, which took place this Friday in Valencia.
The conference, which was organised by the Conexus Foundation and opened with a speech by its president, Manuel Broseta, received strong institutional support from the regional public administrations of both autonomous regions. In addition to the aforementioned public authorities, other participants included Rocío Albert López-Ibor, Regional Councillor for Economy, Finance and Employment of the Community of Madrid; Susana Camarero, Vice-President of the Generalitat Valenciana; Miguel López-Valverde, Regional Councillor for Digitalisation of the Community of Madrid; and Nuria Montes de Diego, Regional Councillor for Innovation, Industry, Trade and Tourism of the Community of Valencia.

The event highlighted the commitment of the Conexus Foundation, the Community of Madrid and the Valencian Community to set up two public-private working groups, one on logistics, energy and mobility, and the other on digitalisation, with the aim of promoting the development of cross-cutting projects and actions.
All in all, the meeting has thus materialised the proposal of the II Business Summit of the Community of Madrid – Community of Valencia Axis to involve the public and private sectors of both communities to create the most important electromobility, renewable energy and logistics hub in Spain and Europe.
